Returns Policy

At Laguna Beach Boutique, we do everything we can to keep our customers satisfied. However, you may wish to return a product. This document clearly sets out our returns policy.

Conditions for Returns

  • You may only register a return after you have physically received the item.
  • Returns must be registered within 14 days of receiving the order.
  • Return costs are entirely the customer’s responsibility, including any international shipping charges or customs duties.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all labels and tags still attached.
  • Trying on is permitted; wearing is not.
  • Returning products that were intentionally ordered in multiple sizes with the intent to partially return is not permitted.
  • Returned items must include a tracking number to ensure safe delivery.

Return Process

  • Register your return by emailing within 30 days of receiving the item.
  • You will receive the return address of our supplier (based in China).
  • Items must be returned entirely at your own expense, including any customs duties, postage, or shipping costs.
  • We strongly recommend using a shipping method with track & trace.

Refunds

  • Once the item has been received at the return address and the condition of the product has been approved, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days via the original payment method.
  • Refunds will only be processed if the product arrives in the same condition as sent.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you have received a faulty or damaged item, please contact our customer support immediately with the following information:

  1. Your order number
  2. Which item is damaged or faulty
  3. A brief description of the issue
  4. Photographic evidence of the damage

If your parcel was damaged during delivery, please send a photo of the damaged packaging and product within 7 days of the delivery date.

We cannot issue a refund, credit note, or replacement without proof of damage verified by our support team.

If the item is confirmed faulty or damaged, return shipping costs will not apply, and the refund or replacement will be processed as soon as possible.

Incorrect Item Received

In the unlikely event that you have received the wrong item, please contact our support team immediately at with:

  1. Your order number
  2. The item you did not receive
  3. The item you did receive
  4. A photo of the received item

Our team will assist in resolving the issue promptly.

Exchanges

Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to exchange an item, please return the unwanted product for a refund, and then place a new order for the correct item.

Cancellations

  • If you wish to cancel your order, you must notify us within 12 hours of placing it.
  • If your order has already been processed or shipped, we are unable to cancel it. In that case, please wait for the item to arrive and follow the standard return process.

Post‑Purchase Discount Offers

Please note that if you use a post‑purchase offer (for example, purchasing a second identical product at a discount immediately after your order), it is not possible to return only the discounted additional item while keeping the original one. These offers are considered part of a single purchase and cannot be refunded separately.

Liability

  • Laguna Beach Boutique is not responsible for lost parcels if tracking shows the item was delivered to the address provided by the customer.
  • If an incorrect shipping address has been provided, this is the customer’s responsibility.
  • Address errors must be reported within 12 hours after placing the order.
